In addition, the developers have offered the most affordable installment plan of 40 monthly installments and 8 half-yearly installments. The Blue World City payment plan for the Executive Block is also easy and affordable, but here the prices of the plots are a little higher as this block is designed for overseas investors. Like the Blue World City General block, the society’s overseas block also offers the same 40 months and eight half-yearly installments.

The cost of a 4.5 Marla residential plot is 1,080,000 PKR, and for the booking, the investor has to pay the down payment, which is 87,500 PKR. In addition, possession and confirmation charges are included in the Blue World City payment plan of the Awami Block. If we talk about the payment plan of a 3.5 Marla residential plot in Blue Town Sapphire, the plots were available at affordable rates, due to which all the 3.5 Marla plots in the society have been sold out. In the Blue Hills Country Farms, there are 4, 8, 12, and 16 Kanal plots. The investment plan for these farms also offers installments in 4-years with convenient monthly and yearly installments. For the booking of the plots, the client needs to pay the booking amount, which is 15% of the total amount. So, for a 4 Kanal plot, the investor has to pay the booking amount of 86000 Pkr and the remaining amount in monthly and half-yearly installments. 

The Blue World City Payment Plan for the overseas block is set by considering the investment potential of the overseas clients. The block is designed for Pakistanis living in other countries so that when they return to their home country, they can enjoy the same facilities and get the same services. The plots available in the overseas block are 7, 10, 14 Marla, and 1 and 2 Kanal. In addition, there are also 5 and 10 Marla commercial plots available in the overseas block. The prices of all these plots vary from size to size. The total cost of the residential plots in this block starts from 1,925,000/- and ends at 7,700,000/-.  

On the other hand, the total cost of the 5 Marla commercial plot is 9,400,000/- and a 10 Marla commercial plot in Overseas Block costs 15,000,000/-. 

The recent addition to Blue World City is Sports Valley Block, where 5, 8, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal plots for sale are available. A 5-Marla plot in sports valley will cost 2,200,000/-, the cost of 8 Marla plots is 3,380,000/-, 10 Marla plots are 4,125,000/-, and 1 Kanal plot is  7,700,000/-. For the booking of any plot, the investor has to pay a certain amount as a down payment, and then it is the choice of the investor to choose the installment plan that suits their budget and financial needs.
