On the other hand, if we talk about the total cost of the shop in plot 128 is 27,600,000/- with a down payment of 4,140,000/-. The monthly installment of this shop is 1,495,000/-. Price of Offices on 1st floor

Each plot has two studio offices on the first floor. All of the offices have distinct floor plans, and they all have different costs. The offices for sale are offered on the first level at reasonable pricing with simple installments. Apartments for sale are located on the second floor. Each plot’s area for these units is unique, and the payment and installment schedules are also. In plot 129, a 2-bedroom apartment would set you back 8,960,000 PKR in total, while a 1-bedroom apartment will run you 6,780,000 PKR with a 15% down payment. However, there isn’t a 2-bedroom apartment on plot 128 and the total cost of the flats on the second floor is between 4,970,000 and 6,060,000 Pakistani Rupees.
